This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tyshchenko Lean Academy (the “Platform”) collects, why, who processes it, and what rights you have. The controller of your data is [SELLER_LEGAL_NAME], [SELLER_ADDRESS]. Contact: [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
1. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and PIN. The PIN is stored encrypted; the mentor and support can see it so they can help you get back into your account.
- Learning data: completed modules, test attempts and results, and certificates.
- AI mentor questions: the text of the questions you ask the AI mentor, with the course and topic. We don’t store the AI’s answers.
- Device and network marks: a device identifier cookie, device type, browser, and network address, used to detect shared accounts and abuse. We keep these marks for 90 days.
- Order data: the order number, the course, the amount and currency, and the email used at checkout. Card and other payment details are collected by Paddle, not by us.
2. Why we use it
- To provide the courses, save your progress, run the final test, and issue and verify certificates.
- To answer your AI mentor questions.
- To grant access after payment and remove it after a refund.
- To protect accounts and certificates from sharing and abuse.
- To answer your support requests.
We don’t sell your personal data and don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting of the Platform and its database.
- Anthropic — the AI model that generates AI mentor and simulator answers; it receives the text of your questions.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record: payments, invoices, sales tax, and refunds. Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy notice.
- Our pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and jsDelivr; these services receive your network address with the request.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies the Platform needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a device cookie used for account protection. Your browser also keeps a copy of your progress so the Platform works on a weak connection.
5. How long we keep it
Account, learning, and order data are kept while your account exists. Device and network marks are kept for 90 days. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data, progress, test attempts, certificates (a deleted certificate no longer passes verification), and device and network marks. Two things remain: order records (order number, course, amount, and the email used at checkout), which we or Paddle must keep by law, and the text of your AI mentor questions, which is kept without your name or email.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, and you can object to its use. Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the email of your account. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
