This Refund Policy applies to courses bought on Tyshchenko Lean Academy. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds to your original payment method.
1. 14-day refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the certificate for that course has not been issued. Once you pass the final test and the course certificate is issued, the purchase is no longer refundable.
2. How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or
- email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your Transaction ID (it starts with txn_) and the email you used at checkout.
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. What happens after a refund
After a refund or a chargeback, access to the course is removed. If a certificate for that course was issued, it is revoked, and the verification page shows it as revoked. Your account stays, with free access to the first modules of every course.
4. Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
